It is with great pride and pleasure that I can reveal the results of a joint operation between ROWW and the Defender nations, though they speak for themselves.
Operation Whispering Hydra was a rousing and smooth success. As such I have been appointed Govenor of ROWW, and we now have the greatest protection we can have against Raider nations. We will see our populace drop as Defenders begin to move on to other Regions in need of assistance, but we will finally be able to rebuild. As such, in case the nation of Xvraks ceases to exist, I will also be appointing a successor. The successor being appointed was an invaluable asset to the coordination of this operation and to them I owe a mountain of Thanks: Books Rule Supreme will serve as successor, as they have both been a long time resident, and also wish to see the Realm return to the active and bustling region it once was. We will aim to make Halcyon nova proud. As such, and due to the unfortunate circumstances that caused our beloved founder to CTE, I will also be erecting a memorial page to his honor in time.
Changes will come in time, but the first will be removing the Liberation from the Realm so we are truly free, and have the full security of the Realm within our own hands. Until then, my salty sea dogs: break out the rum, dance on deck, and celebrate with every bit of the lilly livered libations that it deserves.
It is time to celebrate today, and then we will begin rebuilding this great region. By Poseidon's beard, the Realm Of The Whispering Winds shall once again terrorize the seas!!!

Good evening everyone, I did cease to exist due to a lapse, however this is the perfect time to state:
I will be leaving NationStates for the foreseeable future. In the real world I have started going back to school in order to work toward obtaining my law degree. Between school, working full time, and a new personal relationship, I do not have the free time to effectively lead the realm. As such consider this the “official” resignation of Admiral Xaphan Vraks and the United Fleet Alliance of Xvraks. I have spent almost 2 decades within NS with very much of that time spent right here in The RotWW. It has been a wonderful time and for those of you who around for the peak of the realm, I shall miss you all. You are in good hands with Books, they’ve been with the realm nearly as long as myself, and I trust that they will build the realm back into a beacon of piratey goodness. *places the captains hat on Book’s head* It’s yer’s now lad. I best come back to a fleet of nations, or ye shall walk the plank.

At the beginning a player receives 100 JA from HRH (his/he royal highness).
Royal Costs:
10 troops - 10 JA - one dice
1 cavalry - 75 JA - three dice
1 ship - 90 JA - movement only - with a maximum load of 10 dedicated troops - subject to destruction level as every other piece. fo
each player rolls a maximum of six dice (dice shown as above). Win a declared empty polygon by rolling a double of any combination. Win an occupied polygon by declaring a battle to the enemy.
Payment from the Royalty:
For every three polygons achieved receive 10 JA. For every parish secured receive 400 JA.
- high roll wins. loser removes pieces lost. winner occupies new territory by converting one enemy lost piece with its nations piece.
pick a card when you own a parish: rum card - gets free movement with any ship or tank, anywhere on the board. ganja card - loose five troops that leave without notice. sugar cane card - receive 10 JA for every troop you have.
